CHI Temple Street invites tenders via an open tender competition for the provision of Ultrasound Scanner(s) Qty 2 for Paediatric Interventional Radiology

Tender description

This document outlines the requirements for 2 x interventional radiology ultrasound scanners (paediatric environment) to be installed in the Radiology Imaging Departments of Children’s Health Ireland at Temple Street Children’s University Hospital & Children’s Health Ireland at Crumlin. These units are essential to ensure efficient, safe and distress free ultrasound imaging for our young patients within the hospital. Please note Initial requirement is for Children’s Health Ireland at Temple Street Children’s University Hospital & Children’s Health Ireland at Crumlin , Children’s Health Ireland at Temple Street‘s Procurement Department and Children’s Health Ireland at Crumlin are managing this initial tender process which may subsequently be rolled out to HSE locations nationally, organisations funded by the HSE and other publicly funded Agencies.The system required must be capable of producing high quality images and associated measurements that transfer seamlessly to PACS to enable/assist the medical professionals in determining the best course of treatment/intervention or review treatment progress in an efficient and safe child friendly environment.
