Tender description
The building works will take place in Rome, at the Residence of the British Ambassador to Italy. A bathroom and a small wardrobe to be converted into a bigger kitchen. The scope includes electrical mechanical works, ventilation works, kitchen device installation, floor and ceilings replacement, making an entry through a wall and additional wall set ups. The contractors must have relevant certificates from the local authorities to work with heritage buildings. The works to be completed by 12th July 2022.
