Security Services at Holm Park View, Dumfries

Tender description

This contract is to provide on-site security services to residents at Holm Park View, Dumfries. The security service will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the accommodation, immediate surrounding area and individual residences by providing security staff on site during the specified hours (92 hours per week). DGHP Support staff will be present out with these hours. Specifically the security staff will be required to:- -Monitor all aspects of security in and around the accommodation -Act as a point of contact and respond to occupants’ calls within the supported accommodation giving advice and information in line with agreed procedures -Take effective action to ensure maximum security for all occupants and to respond immediately to security breaches in line with procedures -Provide backup to support staff on a call out basis for serious incidents if required -Security staff will not leave the premises at any time during the specified security hours apart from when doing patrols on the site -Liaise closely and timeously with DGHP -Promote a professional and caring image at all times -Undertake patrols (every hour) within the project during security hours -Comply with all health and safety at work policies and procedures and guidelines -Record and report appropriately to DGHP
