Sale of a FEI Quanta 3D FEG (FIB-SEM)

University College Dublin is examining the potential to offer for sale FEI Quanta 3D FEG (FIB-SEM) that is no longer in use at School of Chemical and Bioprocess Engineering, Belfield, Dublin 4. Specification • 2009 system – being sold as is. • FIB Magnum ion column (Has a slight shadow effect) • SEM (HT may have issues over 5KV) • OMNIPROBE 200 for TEM lift out • (3) GIS Gases: Pt, XeF2 and W • CL Centaurus detector • EDAX: EDS, WDS, EBSD (needs a new P screen) • ETD, BSD, STEM and GSED detectors • Environmental capability • PC Non-functional. However hard drive working. Some original disks are with the system. • Pictures are attached. Please note that this equipment is being “sold as seen”. University College Dublin is not responsible for any costs associated with the collection or movement of the equipment.
