PROVISION OF OIL AND GAS DATA SERVICES

Tender description

The aim of this procurement is to continue to build on the capacity of the Scottish Government to access information which informs its understanding of the upstream oil and gas industry in the UK Continental Shelf (UKCS), the UK downstream oil and gas industry, including key trends and market outlooks, and existing trends and drivers of UK, European and Global energy markets developments. As such, this procurement will discuss data and analysis requirements for upstream, downstream and energy markets in turn. The tenderer is required to provide a product, or range of products that will deliver the following services: 1. Upstream oil and gas: - upstream oil and gas field data for the UKCS; and - data and information on company portfolios, asset valuation and financials and corporate ownership activity on the UKCS. - analysis of developments in upstream oil and gas markets. 2. Downstream and oil and gas product markets: - downstream petroleum industry data including historic trends and forecasts for metrics such as refining markets, product markets or refined product prices at a global level - analysis of developments in global downstream oil and gas markets.
