Provision of Business Planning and Board Governance Software Applications

Tender description

The Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU) is Ireland’s independent energy and water regulator. The CRU’s mission is to protect the public interest in Water, Energy and Energy Safety. In accordance with its 2022-24 Draft Strategic Plan, the CRU is guided by four strategic priorities that sit alongside the core activities we undertake to deliver in the public interest. These are: i. Ensure Security of Supply; ii. Drive a Low Carbon Future; iii. Empower and Protect Customers; and iv. Enable our People and Organisational Capacity. The CRU requires access to the following “off-the-shelf” software applications: • Lot 1: Business Planning Software Application: The application is required to track and report on delivery of the CRU’s Strategic Plan 2022-24 and annual work plans – the “Work Plan Tracker”. • Lot 2: Board Governance Software Application: The application is required to facilitate, inter-alia, the CRU’s Senior Management Team review and approval of regulatory documentation (e.g. consultation papers, decision papers, reports) and to facilitate management of senior management meetings.
