Premises Risk Management System

Tender description

Lot 1: Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes Fire Authority (BMKFA) awarded a contract on behalf of Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service for a Hosted and Managed Premises Risk Management System. The duration of the contract was for a period of 60 months. The contract solution included the provision of perpetual licences to the Authority to deliver the service providers Solution and Microsoft Dynamics, which remain the property of the Authority for the life of the contract, plus licenses for hardware/operating systems leased by the Authority where the solution is hosted. Licenses are provided for up to 310 concurrent users consisting of 10 professional licenses and 300 basic licenses. The Microsoft Dynamic and Connect licenses are perpetual. The system has been developed in partnership with the service provider in phases across the contract term in conjunction with the integration with other critical systems within the Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service. The project included the implementation of 3 modules; Prevention, Protection, & SSRA, each consisting of a Design, Build and UAT stage. Following the initial project Set-Up and implementation of module 1, the service contract commenced 01 April 2018.
