<p><strong>Expressions of Interest now open for Pendle YES (Youth Employability Service) Hub</strong></p> <h5>Pendle Council is looking to procure a service provider for the YES Hub in Nelson, Lancashire. This is a one-stop employability support Hub for young people aged 16-24 years old. The service will be managed by the service provider who will be responsible for the day to day management of the service and the building, managing the Hub staff, delivering the outreach and detached youth work function, liaising with delivery partners, leading on marketing and communications, business engagement and responsible for some facilities management functions.</h5> <h5>The service provider will have a sound track record and experience of:</h5> <h5>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Delivering youth employability support programmes</h5> <h5>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Community engagement and detached youth work experience</h5> <h5>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinating health and wellbeing activities</h5> <h5>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Partnership working in Pendle</h5> <h5>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Programme management</h5> <h5>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitoring and evaluation</h5> <h5>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Facilities management</h5> <p><strong>As a minimum, the provider will need to contribute at least &pound;10,500 per annum towards facilities management and utility costs of the premises. &nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Further details are available in the Pendle YES Hub Service Specification.</strong></p> Keywords: Youth Employability Service
