The aim of Healthwatch is to empower consumers to have a say and the ability to challenge how health and social care is provided and run in their locality. Healthwatch will provide and/or direct people to relevant information to enable them to make informed choices around their health and care services. Lot 1: This contract will run from 1st June 2022 to 31st May 2025 with 1 optional 12 month extension
