Market warming event for London Borough Of Lewisham Mental Health Supported Housing 2022

Tender description

The London Borough of Lewisham (LBL) will be inviting suppliers to submit for a tender opportunity. It is anticipated that this will be in 2022 for a supported housing service to go live in April 2023. The service will for people with severe and enduring mental health needs, and will fit into the LBL mental supported housing pathway. It will be a 34 bed service across 4 buildings, with a mix of 24 hour cover and visiting support. Each building used for the contract comes with a registered landlord. There will be a market warming event for this contract on Tuesday the 26/04/2022 from 2pm. The event will take place remotely over Microsoft Teams. During this meeting the service details will be presented and questions / suggestions will be welcomed from attendees. We are looking to commission a quality service and would welcome interest from providers.
