Main Contractor for ABC Trust New Community Hub

Tender description

The project is for the provision of New Community Hub building for the ABC Trust at lands of the former St Gemma's High School, Ardoyne Avenue, N.Belfast. The proposed development will comprise of a phased demolition of the remaining existing St Gemma's school building to facilitate the phased construction of the new community hub building under 2no. phases. The programme will also include a decanting stage for existing community groups currently operating in the former school building to decant into the completed phase 1 works prior to phase 2 works commencing. The overall project is to achieve BREEAM 'excellent' rating.
