<p>The Coastal Team in IHE are intending to establish a three year framework with an option to extend for a further two years, for Coastal Partnership Professional Services to streamline future procurement and provide support and resources for the work in the Shoreline Management Plan and other strategic projects. IHE have identified that: &bull; additional resources are required to help deliver some signi?cant strategic projects within the Shoreline Management Plan. &bull; multi-disciplinary professional services are required assist in development and delivery of coastal capital schemes &bull; efficiencies can be derived from procuring Coastal Partnership consultancy services on a framework basis, rather than repeating the procurement process for each individual project; and, &bull; an open tender for services will ensure that competitive rates can be obtained and reviewed.
