For the provision of Window Cleaning and Gutter clearance services

Tender description

Selwood Housing are seeking a single contractor to provide it with window cleaning services to 885 domestic properties to be cleaned six times a year - along with twelve care homes and two office blocks. The properties are situated within the Wiltshire, Somerset and BATHNES geographical area. The contract will initially last for three years, but could be extended for a further two years, in one-year increments.
