Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council (MTCBC) is seeking to commission an organisation to offer the funded childcare element of the Flying Start programme in the Cyfarthfa Ward. The current organisation has given notice to withdraw from delivery from 1 May 2022, which has led to the Local Authority seeking a new organisation to take on this exciting opportunity.The childcare provision will operate from a modular building at Nation Changers Church Site in Heolgerrig, Merthyr Tydfil.
