CULTURE & LEISURE FURTHER CATERING SITE CONCESSIONS - SUMMER 2022

Tender description

The Council is seeking to award four catering concessions contracts both mobile and kiosk units which can include hot and cold food and drink provision and/ or the sale of ice-cream (unless otherwise stated in tender documents). The mobile concession units would be expected to start week commencing Monday 28th May 2022 and to be on site until Friday 30th September 2022 (4-month concession). The kiosk units would be expected to start after Wednesday 15th June and can operate until Monday 27th March 2023 Sites: a. Promenade south of the Pyramids site (Mobile unit) b. Pembroke Road Spur (Mobile unit) c. Hardstanding to the east of the Long Shelter (Kiosk) d. Unit adjacent to the Hovertravel terminal (Kiosk) Suppliers can bid for one or more sites. Procurement schedule (Should dates change, all suppliers will be informed of this via Intend): Request for Quotation published Friday 8th April 2022 Deadline for requests for clarification Tuesday 3rd May 2022 at 12:00 Quotation return deadline Monday 9th May 2022 at 12:00 Evaluation of returns completed by Monday 16th May 2022 Contracts awarded from Friday 20th May 2022 Refer to tender documents for full details.
