Tender description

The ‘Building Community Resilience on a Dynamic Coastline by Making Space for Sand’ project is more commonly referred in an abbreviated form of ‘Making Space for Sand’ (or MS4S). MS4S is a 6 year-long £6 million project, that is timetabled to finish in March 2027. The parties; Making Space for Sand Programme Team and Cornwall Wildlife Trust, have agreed to collaborate in the conduct of the research for the project and to contribute their respective expertise and know-how to the Project. The Programme Team wishes to collaborate with Cornwall Wildlife Trust under the terms of the Collaboration Agreement drawn up between the two parties by Cornwall Council legal department in the conduct of the Project, and the Parties have agreed to regulate their collaboration in accordance with the terms and conditions of the said Collaboration Agreement. The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is intended to cover the Outline Business Case of the Project, and on confirmation from the Funder of funding for the entire Project an additional collaboration agreement will be entered into for that part of the Project.
