Tender description

Forum Heritage Services have already worked with BCP Council on an outline scheme for the repair and change of use of the building (RIBA Stage 1) which was completed in 2021 and enabled a detailed cost plan to be prepared for Phase one repair works. We now need Heritage Consultants to provide advise to the design team for the repurposing of the Royal Arcade, which is Phase two, working closely with the architects and Engineers (ECA and GAP). This is for RIBA Stage 2 schematic designs.
