Sport Wales wishes to commission an independent evaluation of the 60 Plus Offer: Active Leisure Scheme during its second delivery period April 2022 to March 2024.The evaluation should establish and determine what if any contribution is being made towards the scheme’s long term outcome: To enable the 60 plus population in Wales to live longer, better and happier lives by improving their physical activity levels, confidence, strength and balance and the supporting success measures.
