21 114 Contract for the Maintenance and Repair of Catering Equipment

Tender description

The requirement is for the call out and repair of gas and electrical kitchen equipment, annual testing of heavy gas and electrical catering equipment, Pat testing and the call out and repair of fridges and freezers. The contract will cover approx. 96 outlets across Cheshire East, this is made up of 95 primary schools and 1 high school. The regional area covers Nantwich, Crewe, Sandbach, Alsager, Middlewich, Holmes Chapel, Knutsford, Congleton, Knutsford, Wilmslow, Macclesfield, Poynton and the surrounding areas. Lot 1: Call out and repair of gas and electrical kitchen equipment, annual testing of heavy gas and electrical cooking equipment, Pat testing of all equipment Lot 1 - Call out and repair of gas and electrical kitchen equipment, annual test of heavy gas and electrical cooking equipment, Pat testing of all equipment. Start date - 1st March 2022 With options to extend 2 x 12 months to be exercised at the discretion of the Council. Lot 2: Lot 2 - To repair and maintain fridge and freezers within schools and other catering establishments within the Cheshire East region. Start Date - 1st August 2022 With options to extend 2 x 12 months to be exercised at the discretion of the Council.
