Tender description

This competition is for the purchase of a Hydraulic self-propelled soil sampler that is capable of sampling soils at a depth of up to 120 cm in order to obtain viable, in situ, minimally disturbed soil samples for Carbon content analysis. The unit must be operable by one person and must allow for the interchange of sampling probes of various lengths and diameters. The full unit must weigh no more than 1500 kg in order to comply with BE category driver licencing regulations surrounding towing a trailer.
