<p>Durham County Council is looking into a potential procurement exercise in relation to the provision of Inpatient Detoxification beds for Drugs and Alcohol. Durham County Council is the lead commissioner on behalf of four North East local authorities for the commissioning of regional inpatient detoxification beds. The geographical scope is that of the LA4 consortium. The LA4 consortium consists of four of the twelve north east England local authorities.
