Site Safety Frameworks

Translink wish to engage with potential suppliers to discuss on-site safety requirements across the Railway and Bus Network Lot 1: Translink wish to establish two Frameworks; one for General On-Site Safety Advisory services and also one specific to Rail On-Site Safety advisory services which will require PTS competency and compliance with NIR Rule Book. The successful suppliers will be have the capability to provide the following Audits, Inspections and supporting advisory visits of worksites Providing advice on managing H&S risks and CDM regulations Developing and producing risk assessments and method statements Participating in hazard identification/assessment workshops Delivering induction training and H&S briefings/awareness training Conducting investigations into accidents, incidents and near-misses Review and provide comments on Construction Phase Plans, Works Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, Risk Assessments, Method Statements and any other Health and Safety documentation Take part in or lead initiatives/ projects to improve health and safety culture and performance Translink have set aside hourly sessions on the 7th, 12th and 14th April 2022 to discuss these requirements with any interested suppliers.
