Provision of Services of a Non-Domestic Buillding Energy Rating (BER) Assessors to assess Galway City Council’s Buildings

Non-Domestic Building Energy Ratings for Galway City Council's public buildings and additional reports on Improving Building Energy Performance and assessment of Risk of Overheating of Buildings. Galway City Council is seeking the services of a SEAI registered non-domestic BER Assessor to prepare non-domestic building energy ratings for public buildings over the next 3 years. The tenderer is required to submit tendered rates for non-domestic buildings for a range floor size of the buildings. The tendered rates for the preparation of Non-Domestic Building Energy Ratings are to remain valid for a period 3 years with the option of two 12 month extensions. The service may be requested on the basis that buildings are bundled together or may be requested for individual buildings separately on a call-off basis subject. Galway City Council reserves the right to seek BER assessments and DEC assessments for its buildings outside of this competition.
