Provision of Derbyshire Sexual Assault Referral Service (SARC)

Tender description

NHS Arden GEM CSU on behalf of The NHS Commissioning Board operating as NHS England (Midlands) (the Contracting Authority) wish to commission an integrated forensic medical examination service and sexual assault referral centre (SARC) for the Derby and Derbyshire police force area. This is a co-commissioned service with Derbyshire Police, the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner and Local Authority. The contract is for 3 years with the commissioner having the option to extend for a further 2 years i.e. 3 + 2 = 5 years.
