The IWPRB is interested in understanding the pay and conditions of school teachers and school leaders within the 4-18 years standard school system in other countries to inform changes that could be introduced in Wales to help deliver the national educational mission.The research must focus on pay and conditions of teachers and school leaders (pay scales, allowances, career progression and the types of roles) and how such factors are used to best influence the following “Main Themes”:(a) Enhance the educational outcomes of pupils(b) Attract and retain teachers and leaders(c) Continuously develop teachers and leadersNOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
