Tender description
Limerick City and County Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consultants for the establishment of a single party framework agreement for the provision of Media Buying Services. Limerick City and County Council's ultimate objective is to achieve maximum exposure for individual campaigns, deliver value for money and agree the best possible terms with media houses. Over the period covered by the framework contract, the selected agency will be required to plan for (with Limerick City and County Council) and purchase traditional and digital media, including negotiating and buying media partnerships and promotions for Limerick City and County Council.
