Tender description

The project involves the construction of a new build community centre and external works, to be located on a former factory site in West Belfast. The new building will be c.1715m2, with steel frame construction and will broadly consist of: • Multipurpose Hall • General purpose rooms • Meeting rooms • Offices • Changing accommodation / toilets • High specification finishes External works are expected to comprise: • Treatment of invasive species within the Site • Earthworks and retaining structures • Construction of internal roads, car parking, pedestrian footpaths, surfacing and kerbs. • Site drainage including installation of a waste water treatment unit. • All hard & soft landscaping • Utility provision Lot 1: The project involves the construction of a new build community centre and external works, to be located on a former factory site in West Belfast.
