Tender description
The Children's Act 1989 states that an Independent Visitor should be provided for any child or young person being looked after by the Authority. The service provides guidance and care to the children and young people who have little or no contact with a parent or someone with parental responsibility for them and may be experiencing difficulties with their education, their mental and/or physical health and their social wellbeing.
