Term Contracts for Grass and Hedge Cutting at properties included on the Assisted Gardening Schemes operated by Grand Union Housing Group. Lot 1: Provision of the Grass Cutting services Grass Cutting to circa 232 properties included on the Assisted Gardening Scheme at properties owned and / or managed by Grand Union Housing Group predominantly within Central Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and South Northamptonshire. Lot 2: Provision of the Hedge Cutting services Hedge Cutting to circa 201 properties included on the Assisted Gardening Scheme at properties owned and / or managed by Grand Union Housing Group predominantly within Central Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and South Northamptonshire. Lot 3: Provision of both the Grass Cutting and the Hedge Cutting services. Grass Cutting services to circa 232 properties and Hedge Cutting services to circa 201 properties included on the Assisted Gardening Schemes at properties owned and / or managed by GUHG within Central Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and South Northamptonshire. Lot 3 is to establish if better value can be obtained should the same Tenderer be awarded both Contracts, and may only be utilised if Lots 1 and 2 are not utilised.
