Feedback Service for people with lived experience of safeguarding

The City and Hackney Safeguarding Adults Board, made a collective decision to seek feedback from people with lived experience of safeguarding. The Board are looking to commission an agency based in the voluntary sector to obtain feedback from people who have lived experience of safeguarding. The feedback will help the Board assess how well safeguarding services are being delivered across Hackney. The commissioned service will be expected to locate people to provide feedback and support residents to provide either written or verbal submissions to them. They will be asked to undertake the following: design a series of questions to ask those providing feedback provide a supportive environment for people to provide feedback signpost people to additional services where necessary raise any safeguarding issues where appropriate provide quarterly data to the Board on the feedback that has been obtained Keywords: Safeguarding, Lived Experience
