Evaluation of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Policy and Outputs

Tender description

The Arts Council is seeking a tenderer to conduct a review and evaluation of its 2019 Equality Human Rights and Diversity (EHRD) policy and its implementation to date, with specific reference to its 3-year Action Plan (2019 -21) and associated action points. The aims are: • to determine which action points have been successfully implemented; • to assess the impact of each action point; • provide advice on which action points continue to be relevant; and • provide advice on new action points to inform the policy’s next implementation plan. It is envisaged that delivery of the services will take place over an 8 week period between February and April 2022, and will consider both the internal impact (Arts Council structures, systems and processes) and external impact (for relevant stakeholders, including artists and arts organisations) of the policy.
