Emergency and Responsive Drainage Framework

Tender description

Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Housing is seeking experienced and competent contractors to provide emergency and responsive residential and commercial drain clearing works. The value of works within this framework is expected to be between £125,000 and £175,000 per annum. The intention is to appoint a single contractor for each lot, covering either the east or west areas of Cornwall. The initial term will be for two years with two optional one year extensions. The award evaluation criteria will be based on 30% Quality and 70% Price. The Emergency and Responsive Drainage Framework may be used for other appropriate projects and requirements within the Corserv group of companies, including their statutory successors and wholly or partially owned organisations.
