Tender description
South Ayrshire Council is undertaking a market scoping exercise, under Regulation 40 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, seeking notes of interest from Service Providers of Adult and Children’s Advocacy Services. Lot 1: Community Based Advocacy for Children and Young People, including Children and Young People who are subject to Child Protection measures The Service will provide independent advocacy for children and young people to have their views and voice heard and prepare them to use their rights and understand the outcome of using their rights. The Service will provide independent advocacy for older people, adults with learning disability(s), autism, physical disability(s), sensory impairment and mental ill health to have their views heard and listened to, make their own choices, and have control in their own lives. Lot 2: Advocacy Services for Care Experienced Children and Young People The Service will provide independent advocacy for children and young people to have their views and voice heard and prepare them to use their rights and understand the outcome of using their rights. The Service will provide independent advocacy for older people, adults with learning disability(s), autism, physical disability(s), sensory impairment and mental ill health to have their views heard and listened to, make their own choices, and have control in their own lives.
