Capita One Education System Annual Support and Maintenance

"Capita One will be replaced by Liquidlogic EYES. The EYES implementation is underway but user will not go LIVE on the new system until September 2023. Whilst we are getting EYES ready we still need to maintain an Education & Early Years system. During September 2023 Capita One Education system will be switched off as users will switch to Liquidlogic EYES. The prices provided below are estimated costs based on an inflation rate of 3% being applied to last years figures in relation to Capita One. The new EYES system has been approved by the CDA, CAG, ICB P&R Committee and Full Council. The business case for EYES recognises the need to continue with Capita One until EYES is implemented and live. The Capita One Education system has been in use for many years now within the council to capture and retain information in relation to the Councils statutory obligations around education. This includes attendance, admissions, SEND/EHCP and legal data."
