Our ambition is to move to a place of high performance by creating an end to end data flow architecture, supported by a thorough change management programme that culminates in a new data and technology estate that enables our business to harness the power of data, technology and empowered FTE’s to deliver best in class insights. Lot 1: The aims of this PIN are to see whether there is interest and the ability within the market to deliver our requirements and for potential suppliers to provide details of how they could deliver them with indicative pricing. We also want potential suppliers to tell us what they need from us to do that. <br/>This PIN/market testing should inform our procurement strategy.
