Tender description

Works comprise multi element improvement works comprising: • refurbishment of shower rooms in each apartment • redecoration of all painted surfaces in internal common areas • cleaning suspended ceiling tiles • replacement of floor coverings to all common areas • provision of new glazed fire screen at ground floor • Fire stopping • Upgrading of wall and roof insulation • Replacement of roof covering including temporary removal of solar panels • Replacement of roof covering • Replacement of fascia boards, soffit boards and rainwater goods • Powerwashing existing surfaces • Resurfacing of front car park • Redecoration of metal railings and timber fences • Redecoration of all existing external painted surfaces to building The above paragraphs are only a short form description of the Works. The Contractor shall provide the Works in accordance with the Works Information. Refer to CD1 Document 2 of 5 Contract Data for Works Information Following the conclusion of the procurement exercise, the Contractor may be appointed and agrees to carry out the Work for the amount submitted by the Contractor in 34 weeks (including all Public and Statutory holidays) in Sections as detailed in the CD1 Document (Document 2 of 5). This process will strictly be in full compliance with the Contract.
