Awarded. This Framework seeks to engage Suppliers who are qualified to provide individual and small group coaching, particularly, although not exclusively, at executive and senior levels. This coaching may need to address many areas across the coaching spectrum (such as career progression, personal development, professional insights etc.). A diversity of coaches is also of interest to ensure we can draw on coaches who may be able to more fully understand challenges that our staff may be experiencing as a result of one or more protected characteristic.  It is expected that any coaching will be undertaken at one of the university's UK campus locations, although online coaching arrangements may also be requested / accepted. Tender awarded on the basis of Framework contract with no minimum/guaranteed level of spend. Est value up to £320,000.
