Tender description
Value engineering exercise utilising the Environment Agency's Collaborative Delivery Framework. The use of Early Supplier Engagement will identify design efficiencies to be incorporated by the scheme designer. Design and construction efficiencies will ensure that the most cost beneficial approach for the construction phase is utilised. The ESE will also help identify the Target Cost for the Construction Contract.
