Tender description
Additional work required to Noise Assessments and revisions to Habitat Regulations Assessments in order to achieve planning approval. AECOM had already undertaken original assessments as part of the contract. Time taken in delivering Natural England's requirements also incurred additional project management fees. Failure to address environmental concerns would have resulted in refusal of planning consent and loss of grant aid for the construction phase of the scheme
