SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS CIE intends to establish a single-party framework agreement for the provision of trade mark agent services to CIE, including its subsidiary companies, in conjunction with the CIE Group Solicitor (the “Contract”). The services required from time to time by CIE and its subsidiary companies may include, but not be limited to, the following: a. advice on the management of the CIE (including subsidiary companies) trade mark portfolio; b. advice on trade mark protection, including advice on trade mark infringements and litigation; c. preparation, filing and management of trade mark applications; d. answering objections from the relevant trade mark office; e. filing trade mark oppositions; f. filing trade mark renewals; g. providing a trade mark watching service; h. advice on assignment and licensing of trade marks; and i. filing of applications for cancellation of a trade mark for non-use.
