<p>Tees Valley Creative Education Partnership is committed and passionate about ensuring children and young people in Tees Valley have access to a rich and varied cultural life that celebrates their creativity, improves their educational outcomes, encourages them to challenge and change their world and grow the transferrable skills to enable them to lead fulfilling and successful lives. The Partnership (through Tees Valley Combined Authority) is seeking a contractor, who shares its commitment and passion, to research and deliver a robust and useful, place-based baseline evidence, dataset and analysis of creative learning provision and engagement of children and young people aged 0 &ndash; 18 in the Tees Valley. This work will provide: &bull; Comprehensive understanding of current provision of, and engagement in, creative learning/education activity; &bull; Clear understanding of current provision/engagement in relation to place-based data and national data; &bull; Identification of regional strengths, weaknesses and gaps;</p> Keywords: Learning Provision and Engagement , Desk Based Report, Children and young people, Data Collection and Analysis, Data and Metrics , Evidence and Data Framework
