Supply, Install and Commissioning of Ventilation Upgrade Works for Waterford Institute of Technology

Tender description

The works include the supply, installation and commissioning of ventialtion servies and all associated electrical services and builder's work requirements of located at the various buildings on the WIT Campus as indicated on the drawings and specifications. The works will include the following: • Strip-out of existing services (HVAC, Controls, electrical), etc… as indicated on drawings. • Supply, Install & Commissioning of Ventilation Plant and services as indicated on drawings. • Re-balance & re-commissioning of existing systems as indicated on drawings. • Testing of the ventilation systems. • Labelling of ventilation systems. • Supply, Install & Commissioning of BMS services as indicated on drawings. • Supply, Install & Commissioning of electrical services as indicated on drawings. • Builder’s Works for mechanical and electrical services as indicated on the drawings • Demonstrations • Handover to client Lot 1: The works include the supply, installation and commissioning of ventialtion servies and all associated electrical services and builder's work requirements of located at the various buildings on the WIT Campus as indicated on the drawings and specifications.
