Renewable Energy Infrastructure Land Valuation Services

Tender description

In summary, the services comprise of land valuation services for Bord na Móna Renewable Energy business unit. Land valuations are currently required for ten renewable energy projects going through the design and planning preparation stage. These valuations are required for lands which may be needed to facilitate proposed cable routes, borrow pits, haul routes, site access and/or off-site electrical infrastructure (i.e. substations). Valuations will be used for negotiations with the landowners. Land valuations services may also be required for additional projects over the duration of this contract. Bord Na Móna reserve the right to seek additional quotes from the successful Tenderer arising from this process. Please refer to Appendix 1 for full requirements and specifications.
