Tender description

To deliver repair works to the following building elements: (i) Block C - Timber clocktower - internal timber frame to be assessed - scope for remedial works plus replacement of exterior painted timber cladding - all in compliance with listed building legislation as directed by North Herts district Council Conservation Office (ii) Block B - Bungalow roof - existing stone ashlar roof covering is considerably eroded and require major repair / replacement to provide and keep bungalow building wind and weather tight - all in compliance with listed building legislation as directed by North Herts district Council Conservation Office (iii) Storm damaged Walls - Wall nr1 - to Long Walk - repair and rebuild / reduce wall height - all in compliance with listed building legislation as directed by North Herts district Council Conservation Office (iv) Storm damaged Walls - Wall nr2 - to Kitchen Road adjacent to Block G - repair and rebuild - all in compliance with listed building legislation as directed by North Herts district Council Conservation Office Additional information: This has been awarded against the NHS Shared Services Construction Consultancy Services 2 Framework Agreement Reference SBS/17/NH/PZR/9256
