Tender description

Construction of up to 3 new outer harbour berths Landside development over a minimum of 46 acres. RoRo_RoPax Vessels (low Pax levels) traffic , construction of a new terminal Building, Engineering Workshop, Pre-Check in Parking area, In/Out Gates along side all ancillary infrastructure to facilitate the running of the terminal including BCP facilities to suit cargo throughput. Operational go live date December 2024 Lot 1: Procurement of a main contractor to take the project from RIBA 3 through to Construction via two-stage tender. Construction of up to 3 new outer harbour berths Landside development over a minimum of 46 acres.
