United Utilities Water (UUW) is conducting a PIN to engage with suppliers who provide employee benefits and reward, primarily hosting a benefits platform. The platform should allow employees to select a variety of benefits, such as the ability to buy/ sell holidays, purchase additional healthcare, access to deals and discount etc. Lot 1: United Utilities Water (UUW) is conducting a PIN to engage with suppliers who provide employee benefits and reward, primarily hosting a benefits platform. The platform should allow employees to select a variety of benefits, such as the ability to buy/ sell holidays, purchase additional healthcare, access to deals and discount etc. We would like suppliers who are able to provide employee benefits and reward to engage with UU and answer the following questions; • What platforms are available and do they have varying levels of functionality and engagement? • What is the fee per head? • Are there any other related costs e.g. project management fees, implementation fees? • Does the supplier provide any other services, such as employee recognition programmes/vouchers? • Are there any other benefit services the supplier provides? • What else should we consider when looking to procure this service? • What are the likely timescales for implementation? • To what extent is the solution digitally enabled? e.g. integration with SAP/payroll, Mobile app, single sign-on • Do you offer a bespoke solution or is it off-the-shelf? • What customer service/support does the supplier offer? • Is a Total Reward Statement an option?
