Langstane wishes to enter into a contract with an organisation who is suitably qualified and experienced in the installation and upgrade of heating systems as set out in the ESPD guidance. This contract will cover the Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and Moray areas Langstane wishes to enter into a contract with an organisation who is suitably qualified and experienced in the installation and upgrade of heating systems as set out in the accompanying ESPD guidance. This contract will cover the Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and Moray areas The contract will run for a three year initial period from November 2020 to November 2023, with the option to extend by 1 + 1 years to November 2025. A breakdown of anticipated works and anticipated value is included in the ESPD Guidance and will include planned boiler replacements, radiator replacements, full heating upgrades (boiler, radiators, controls) and occasional gas to electric fuel switches or (where no gas is available) electric storage to high efficiency electric storage installations
