Neurodevelopmental Diagnostics Services for Adults, Children and Young People across Norfolk and Waveney

NHS Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group are inviting interested parties to submit a tender for the provision of assessment and diagnosis of neurodevelopmental conditions, for Adults, Children and Young People, including but not limited to; Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and/or Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), in children and young people who do not have a learning disability. These services are to be provided across Norfolk and Waveney. The Service will be delivered via 5 Lots. A provider may bid for any number of Lots, but will only be awarded 1 Lot. If the provider meets the quality threshold for more than 1 Lot they will place on a Framework according to the the invitation documents. Lot 1: NDD Services, Children Under 7 years of age The service will assess and confirm the diagnosis of a neuro-developmental condition/s and assess the degree to which symptoms affect the individual’s life through provision of a diagnostic service that ensures that children with a neuro developmental condition have a comprehensive, holistic shared treatment plan that addresses psychological, behavioural, and occupational or educational needs This service will be for children under 7 years of age. Additional information: The framework covering this Lot which shall be put in place to fulfil any future requirements (according to the procurement documentation) will have an initial term of 1 year with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months subject to funding? Lot 2: NDD Services, Children and Young People - Complex The service will assess and confirm the diagnosis of a neuro-developmental condition/s and assess the degree to which symptoms affect the individual’s life through provision of: a diagnostic service that ensures that children and young people with a neuro developmental condition have a comprehensive, holistic shared treatment plan that addresses psychological, behavioural, and occupational or educational needs This service will be for children (over 7 years of age) with complex needs. Additional information: The framework covering this Lot which shall be put in place to fulfil any future requirements (according to the procurement documentation) will have an initial term of 1 year with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months subject to funding? Lot 3: NDD Services, Children and Young People - non-complex The service will assess and confirm the diagnosis of a neuro-developmental condition/s and assess the degree to which symptoms affect the individual’s life through provision of: a diagnostic service that ensures that children and young people with a neuro developmental condition have a comprehensive, holistic shared treatment plan that addresses psychological, behavioural, and occupational or educational needs This service will be for children (over 7 years of age) with non complex needs. The service will assess and confirm the diagnosis of a neuro-developmental condition/s and assess the degree to which symptoms affect the individual’s life through provision of: a diagnostic service that ensures that adults with a neuro developmental condition have a comprehensive, holistic shared treatment plan that addresses psychological, behavioural, and occupational or educational needs This service will be for adults requiring mainly or exclusively an on-line service.
