Monitoring Services required for Carrowbrowne landfill and the civic amenity site in Liosban , Galway . Monitoring to include 1. Dust 2. Surface Water 3. Ground Water 4. Leachate Reports are required as per schedule E for recording and reporting to the Agency on the licence. All reports to include a map showing flow direction and trend graph of results over time (historic results will be provided to successful tenderer minimum five year results or otherwise instructed by local authority) Reports are required to be on a certain quality in line with EPA and Local Authority. The EPA reports templates for 2021 can be found at the following link. . The reports are required to be submitted by the successful tenderer within 2 weeks of the sampling date. All testing as required to be completed in an accredited lab. Confirmation of this is required. All Health & Safety aspects associated with the required testing is deemed to be included.A monitoring programme will be required to be submitted from the successful tenderer- More than one test may be completed at any one site visit, however licence requirements need to be satisfied.
