The Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, IT department are in the process of going Digital, however, and unfortunately they are not in a position to spend the time originally planned to undertake a tender exercise, due to the unexpected COVID Pandemic and other priorities within the Clinical Board having to change to respond appropriately to the situation.
